Stuart Tonkin, a director at Northern Star Resources Limited, has disclosed an off-market transfer of 632,000 shares to his spouse amid a marital separation and reorganization of his holdings. The shares, part of the company’s ordinary fully paid shares (NST), were transferred at an average price of $14.56 per share. Post-transactions, Tonkin’s direct holdings have been adjusted, with a remaining interest in 160,000 shares.
