Northern Star Resources Ltd (AU:NST) has released an update.

Northern Star Resources Ltd has increased its voting power in POLARX LIMITED from 11.18% to 15.98% following participation in, and underwriting of, an Entitlement Offer. This substantial change occurred on April 5, 2024, after a dilution event in December 2023 reduced their previous holding. The company now directly holds over 327 million ordinary fully paid shares.
