Northern Graphite Secures Quebec Exploration Grant

Northern Graphite (TSE:NGC) has released an update.

Northern Graphite Corporation has been awarded a C$400,000 grant by Quebec’s government to support half the cost of their geo-metallurgical and geo-environmental drilling program at Lac des Iles. This funding is part of a broader initiative to promote the discovery of critical minerals in Quebec, aligning with the province’s push towards a greener economy. The company, which is the only North American producer of flake graphite, is also working on extending the Lac des Iles mine’s life by approximately eight years, based on recent drilling results.
