Northern Electric plc has announced the selection of KPMG as its new auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, after conducting a comprehensive tender process. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company’s previous auditor, Deloitte LLP, has confirmed there are no significant concerns needing disclosure to members or creditors.
