Northern Bear Director Buys Company Shares

Northern Bear (GB:NTBR) has released an update.

Northern Bear’s Non-Executive Director Martin Boden has invested in the company by purchasing 45,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 60 pence each, now holding a 0.33 percent stake. This transaction, involving shares of the AIM-listed specialist building services provider, was executed on the London Stock Exchange and is considered inside information under market regulations.
