Northern 3 VCT PLC successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting on August 1, 2024, with all proposed resolutions passed by shareholders, including the re-election of its board directors and approval of the annual report, financial statements, and a final dividend of 2.2p per share. The company also received approval for the reappointment of Forvis Mazars LLP as independent auditors and authorization for the company to make market purchases of shares.
