Northern 2 VCT Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Northern 2 VCT (GB:NTV) has released an update.

Northern 2 VCT PLC successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting on July 31, 2024, with all resolutions passed, including the re-election of existing board members and the election of Mr. Thomas Chambers who joined the board in June. Additionally, shareholders approved the company’s annual report, financial statements, and a final dividend of 1.2p per share for the year ended March 31, 2024. The results of the proxy voting on various resolutions have been made public and are accessible via Mercia’s website.
