Northern 2 VCT PLC has recently bought back and cancelled about 0.95% of its issued share capital, amounting to 2,157,968 ordinary shares at a price of 54.44p each. Following the transaction, the company’s total issued share capital consists of 223,893,807 ordinary shares, each with voting rights and none held in treasury. Shareholders may use the updated figure of total voting rights for notification requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
