Northern 2 VCT PLC has announced that as of August 30, 2024, the company’s issued share capital consists of 223,773,864 ordinary shares, each with voting rights and a nominal value of 5p, with no shares held in treasury. This total share count is the basis for shareholders and others to determine their notification requirements for voting rights changes under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
