Northamber PLC, a prominent AV & IT distributor listed on AIM, has announced the strategic acquisition of Renaissance Contingency Services Limited, an Irish cyber security solutions provider, for a total potential consideration of €0.9 million. The deal aims to reinforce Northamber’s nearly three-decade legacy in cyber security and drive growth through European expansion, particularly in Ireland, where cross-selling and organic growth opportunities are anticipated. The acquisition, expected to be immediately value-enhancing and earnings-boosting by the second year, aligns with Northamber’s strategy to expand its technology offerings and international presence.
