Norges Bank has ceased to be a substantial holder in Altium Limited after a series of transactions involving the receipt and return of collateral shares and the sale of common stock. The final change occurred on June 27, 2024, when a significant number of common shares were returned as collateral and a final sale was executed. This marks a notable shift in the investment landscape for Altium, as one of its key investors has altered their stake in the company.
