Norges Bank has become a substantial holder in IRESS Ltd, controlling 5.04% of the company through 9,412,088 ordinary shares. The shares are managed on behalf of the Government of Norway and are registered under Citicorp Nominees Pty Limited and J.P. Morgan Nominees Australia Ltd. The announcement marks Norges Bank’s significant investment in IRESS Ltd as of October 11, 2024.
