Norbit ASA (DE:4NK) has released an update.
Norbit ASA successfully completed a private placement, raising approximately NOK 200 million at NOK 77 per share, with significant share allocations to insiders such as Reitan Kapital and Petors AS. Reitan Kapital’s share lending to facilitate the transaction reduced their shareholding and will temporarily fall below the 5% threshold. Upon settlement, the borrowed shares will be returned, reinstating Reitan Kapital’s stake above the 5% threshold.
