NORBIT ASA Partners to Innovate European Tolling System

Toll4Europe GmbH and NORBIT ASA have announced a partnership to launch a new GNSS and DSRC Hybrid On-Board Unit (OBU) for tolling, aimed at enhancing user experience and operational efficiency across Europe. The innovative OBU will be manufactured in Norway and is expected to hit the market by mid-2025. This initiative follows NORBIT’s recent NOK 160 million order for On-Board Units, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to technological innovation and customer-focused solutions.
