An update from Noodles & Co (NDLS) is now available.
Noodles & Company has announced the exit of Melissa Heidman, their Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, with a separation effective from July 2, 2024. Under the terms of the separation agreement, Heidman will receive a series of financial benefits, including continued salary payments, a pro-rata annual bonus, COBRA premium payments, and the vesting of previously granted Restricted Stock Units, all subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
