Nongfu Spring Co., Ltd.’s controlling shareholder, Yangshengtang Co., Ltd., demonstrates confidence in the company by planning to invest up to HK$2 billion to increase its stake over the next six months. Despite this significant increase in shareholding, the company assures it will maintain sufficient public float of shares. Shareholders are cautioned that the Shareholding Increase Plan is subject to market conditions and investment risks.
