Nomura Real Estate Master (JP:3462) has released an update.
Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, Inc. has resolved to issue unsecured investment corporation bonds, with the total issuance capped at fifty billion yen. The bonds, which will be issued in parts not less than one hundred million yen each, are planned to finance asset acquisitions, debt repayments, and other corporate needs between September 28, 2024, and September 27, 2025.
