Nomura Holdings Launches $500M Senior Notes

Nomura Holdings (JP:8604) has released an update.

Nomura Holdings, Inc. has announced the issuance of USD 500 million in US dollar senior notes, with the offering including both floating and fixed rate notes set to mature in 2027. These notes are aimed at global investors, excluding Japan, and are expected to be eligible as TLAC-compliant debt, adhering to Japanese financial regulations since 2021. The offering, which has been registered with the SEC, provides an investment opportunity in a company with ratings of Baa1 by Moody’s Japan and BBB+ by S&P Global Ratings Japan.
