Nomura Holdings Issues $500M Floating Rate Notes

Nomura Holdings (NMR) has released an update.

Nomura Holdings, Inc. has announced the issue of $500 million Senior Floating Rate Notes due in 2024, which are unsecured and rank equally with the company’s other unsecured obligations. These notes are subject to Japanese withholding tax unless held by certain exempt entities, and interest payments are to be made quarterly with adjustments for non-business days. The notes are a global security registered in the name of Cede & Co., nominee of The Depository Trust Company, and are non-redeemable prior to the maturity date.
