Nokia Transfers Millions of Shares in Incentive Scheme

Nokia has transferred 12,567,829 of its own shares to participants of its stock-based incentive programs, fulfilling commitments made under these plans. Following this transaction, Nokia’s total holdings of its own shares stand at 177,840,080.
