Nokia Oyj has executed a buyback of its shares on July 15, 2024, at an average price of €3.64 per share, totaling €1,371,918. This move is part of a larger €600 million shareholder capital return program over two years, with up to €300 million allocated for the initial phase ending by December 18, 2024. After the recent acquisition, Nokia Oyj now holds a total of 108,228,213 of its own shares.
