Nokia ( (GB:0HAF) ) has provided an announcement.

Nokia Corporation has repurchased 1.4 million of its own shares at a weighted average price of EUR 4.64 per share as part of a share buyback program. This initiative started in November 2024 to mitigate the dilutive effects of issuing new shares to Infinera Corporation shareholders and is set to conclude by the end of 2025, with a target of repurchasing 150 million shares for up to EUR 900 million.
