Nokia Corporation has announced the repurchase of its own shares on October 9, 2024, as part of an ongoing buyback program designed to return up to EUR 600 million to shareholders. The company acquired a total of 2,078,616 shares at an average price of EUR 4.04 per share, with the total transaction cost amounting to EUR 8,397,193. This buyback initiative, which was accelerated in July 2024, is in line with Nokia’s strategy to deliver secure and sustainable networks, and to create shareholder value.
