Nokia Advances Share Buyback Program in 2024

Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.

Nokia Oyj announced the buyback of its shares on October 7, 2024, as part of a share repurchase program initiated on March 20, 2024, to return up to €600 million to shareholders over two years. The accelerated repurchases, which began on July 22, 2024, following a decision made on July 19, 2024, to increase the number of shares acquired within the year, were conducted under strict regulatory compliance. With the latest transactions, Nokia’s total ownership of its shares has reached 157,168,411.
