Nokia Advances Share Buyback Program

Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.

Nokia Corporation has actively bought back shares on July 26, 2024, as part of an accelerated repurchase plan announced earlier this year, with a total expenditure of EUR 7.5 million for that day’s transactions. The buyback is a segment of a larger two-year program aimed at returning up to EUR 600 million to shareholders, following an authorization by Nokia’s Annual General Meeting. After the transactions, Nokia holds over 127 million treasury shares.
