Nokia Corporation has announced a repurchase of its own shares on July 3, 2024, with a total of 370,696 shares bought at an average price of EUR 3.63 each. This action is part of a larger share buyback program announced on January 25, 2024, intended to return up to EUR 600 million to shareholders over two years. Following these transactions, Nokia holds over 105 million treasury shares.
