Nokia Advances Share Buyback Program

Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.

Nokia Corporation has bought back 382,956 of its own shares at an average price of €3.61 each, as part of a €600 million share buyback program announced on January 25, 2024. This program, which began on March 20, 2024, and will run until December 18, 2024, is aimed at returning cash to shareholders and was authorized by Nokia’s Annual General Meeting. Following the recent transactions, Nokia now holds over 104 million treasury shares.
