Nokia Advances Share Buyback Program

Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.

Nokia Corporation has actively pursued its share buyback program, acquiring 1,831,674 shares at an average price of EUR 3.97 on October 7, 2024, as part of its commitment to return up to EUR 600 million to shareholders. This move follows the Board’s decision to accelerate the repurchases in 2024, with the buybacks expected to conclude by the end of the year. Following the latest transactions, Nokia’s treasury now holds over 157 million shares.
