Nokia Advances Share Buyback Plan

Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.

Nokia Corporation has executed the repurchase of its own shares on July 19, 2024, acquiring 2,949,127 shares at an average price of EUR 3.37 per share, under a share buyback program announced earlier that year. The program, aimed at returning up to EUR 600 million to shareholders, is part of a two-year plan, with this phase involving up to EUR 300 million by December 2024. Following the transaction, Nokia now holds over 115 million treasury shares.
