Nokia has actively pursued its share buyback program, acquiring 2,219,363 of its own shares on July 23, 2024, at an average price of EUR 3.44 per share, amounting to a total cost of EUR 7,643,264. This move comes after the Board of Directors’ decision to expedite the buyback process, aiming to return up to EUR 600 million to shareholders by the end of 2024. After the recent transactions, Nokia’s treasury holds 120,639,262 shares.
