Nokia Accelerates Share Buyback Program

Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.

Nokia Oyj has actively bought back its shares on October 10, 2024, spending a total of 7.966 million euros as part of a share repurchase program designed to return up to 600 million euros to shareholders over two years. The accelerated repurchase plan, following regulatory compliance and a mandate from the annual general meeting, has increased the number of shares to be acquired in 2024. Following these recent acquisitions, Nokia now holds 163,555,435 of its own shares.
