Nocturne Acquisition Corporation announced the postponement of the extraordinary general meeting, initially scheduled for January 30, 2024, to February 6, 2024, to vote on the proposed merger with Cognos Therapeutics, Inc. The rescheduled meeting will be held virtually at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and the company will continue to solicit shareholder proxies in the interim.
