Noble Helium Ltd. has launched a Share Purchase Plan aiming to raise $3.5 million for the development of its North Rukwa Project in Tanzania and other exploratory activities. Eligible shareholders have a chance to buy shares at a discounted price with the option to acquire additional options. The raised funds will also support general working capital and potential business ventures.
