Noah Holdings (NOAH) has released an update.

Noah Holdings Private Wealth and Asset Management Limited reported no change in its authorised or issued share capital for the month ending September 30, 2024, maintaining both at 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares and a total authorised share capital of USD 50,000. Despite the termination of the 2017 Share Incentive Plan, the company confirmed that all activities regarding share issuance and treasury shares in the reported month complied with applicable rules and regulations, with no new shares issued or changes in treasury shares.
