Noah Holdings Private Wealth and Asset Management Limited reported no change in their authorized share capital, maintaining a total of USD 50,000 at the end of May 2024. However, the company experienced a slight increase in issued shares, adding 178,330 shares to close the month at 330,256,105 shares. Additionally, under their 2022 Share Incentive Plan, no new share options were granted, but a significant number of shares remain available for potential future issuance.
