NLS Pharmaceutics Ltd., a Swiss biopharmaceutical company, is set to appeal a delisting notice from Nasdaq after failing to meet the minimum bid price requirement over a consecutive 30-day period. The company plans to request a hearing with the Nasdaq Panel to present a plan for regaining compliance and to seek additional time to fulfill all listing requirements. There is no guarantee, however, that the company will be successful in maintaining its listing status.
