Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) d.d. has announced an early redemption of its subordinated notes originally issued in November 2019. The redemption, approved by the European Central Bank, is set to occur on 19 November 2024, five years before their scheduled maturity in 2029. This move involves notes with an aggregate nominal amount of EUR 9,900,000, including accrued and unpaid interest.
