Nissan Chemical to Cancel 1 Million Shares

Nissan Chemical (JP:4021) has released an update.

Nissan Chemical Corporation has announced that it will cancel 1 million of its common shares, representing 0.72% of its issued shares, on September 9, 2024. This decision was made during the Board of Directors’ meeting on August 27, 2024, under the Companies Act. Following the cancellation, the total number of remaining issued shares will be 137.8 million.
