Niraku GC Sets Deadline for Dividend Currency Choice

Niraku GC Holdings, Inc. (HK:1245) has released an update.

Niraku GC Holdings, Inc. has announced instructions for shareholders on how to elect or change the currency preference for receiving the final dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. Shareholders must complete and return the currency election form by June 27, 2024, if they wish to receive the dividend in Japanese yen instead of the default Hong Kong dollars. No partial elections are allowed, and those holding shares through CCASS will automatically receive dividends in Hong Kong dollars.
