Nippon Yusen Raises Dividend Forecast for 2025

Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (JP:9101) has released an update.

Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha has announced an increase in their dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2025, raising the interim and year-end dividends from ¥80 to ¥130 per share, resulting in an annual dividend of ¥260 per share. This upward revision reflects the company’s commitment to shareholder returns and follows a policy of maintaining a minimum annual dividend of ¥100 per share. The company has also completed the acquisition of 8,061,300 of its own shares by the end of July 2024 as part of a buyback program announced earlier.
