Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. has announced proposals for amending its articles of incorporation to enable electronic provision of general meeting documents and to broaden its investment criteria. Additionally, there are proposals for the re-election of an executive director, the election of a substitute executive director, and the re-election of three supervisory directors, all pending approval at the upcoming general meeting of unit holders.
