Nippon Building Fund, Inc. has announced the acquisition of additional assets in the Kowa Nishi-Shinbashi Building B, enhancing its portfolio within Tokyo’s 23 wards. This strategic move aims to increase the asset value and liquidity, aligning with the company’s management objectives. The acquisition, priced at ¥63 million, boosts NBF’s ownership of the property to approximately 85.53%.
