Nippon Accommodations Fund Inc., managed by Mitsui Fudosan Accommodations Fund Management Co., Ltd., has announced the acquisition of Kuretake Inn Asahikawa, a property in Japan, to diversify and enhance their investment portfolio. The property, valued at ¥836,000 thousand and purchased for ¥660,000 thousand, is well-located for business and tourism, boasting 102 rooms and full occupancy. The strategic acquisition aims to ensure the steady growth of NAF’s assets under management.
