Nine Dragons Paper Holdings announced the successful passing of all resolutions during its recent AGM, including the retirement of director Mr. Ng Leung Sing and the appointment of Dr. Li Huiqun as the new chairlady of the corporate governance committee. The company also re-elected various directors and reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers as its auditor.
