Nimble Holdings Company Limited has disclosed the annual financial results of its 72.4% owned subsidiary, Emerson Radio Corp., which revealed a net income of $766,000 for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024. This marks a significant turnaround from the previous year’s net loss of $1.36 million, with the improvement primarily attributed to an increase in net product sales and other income, including a substantial settlement from litigation.
