Nikko Asset Management Asia Limited has announced a name change to Amova Asset Management Asia Limited, effective from 1 September 2025, as part of its strategy to enhance growth in Japan and global markets. The ETF it manages will also undergo a name change to Amova SGD Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index ETF, although its investment objectives and management will remain unchanged. Amendments to the trust deed will reflect these changes, and an updated prospectus will be available from 18 March 2025.
