Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, issuing over 41 million common shares at $0.015 each, raising approximately $0.6 million. The company’s major shareholder, Electrum Strategic Opportunities Fund L.P., acquired all shares offered in this placement. The funds are earmarked for general corporate purposes, with all issued shares bound by a statutory hold period of four months and a day.
