Nickel 28 Capital Corp. is actively working with auditors to complete their overdue annual financial statements and expects to file by June 30, 2024. The company has been issued a management cease trade order, restricting certain executives from trading until the financial documents are filed, but this does not impact other shareholders. Nickel 28 confirms no material changes have occurred since the default announcement and intends to comply with alternative information guidelines during the default period.
