Nick Scali Limited has announced the successful raise of A$46 million through a fully underwritten institutional placement, with plans to support their growth strategy, including an expansion into the UK market with the acquisition of Fabb Furniture. The placement saw strong support, and eligible shareholders were able to apply for additional shares proportionate to their existing holdings. Additionally, a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) for eligible shareholders will follow, offering shares at the same price as the institutional placement without brokerage or transaction fees.
