Nick Scali Limited has launched a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to raise A$10 million, following a A$46 million institutional placement and announcing a conditional A$4.0m placement pending shareholder approval. The offer, priced at $13.25 per share without transaction fees, is available to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand. Shareholders can apply for up to A$30,000 worth of shares until the closing date of May 22, 2024.
